Sam Snead (1912-2002) was an American professional golfer. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974. He was awarded ninety-four golf medallions for his wins, winning eighty-two PGA events across six decades. Many considered him to have a perfect swing, and he had a reputation for being folksy, often wearing a straw hat.

In a full cloth binding with a clipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely. Dust wrapper is clipped, with minor wear only to the spine and edges. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper. Internally firmly bound, pages are bright and clean.
