This set includes the Arden editions of 'The Tempest', 'Measure for Measure' and 'The Winter's tale' by the celebrated William Shakespeare. This series was edited by Dr H. F. Brooks and Professor Harold Jenkins, with the 'Arden Editions' of these plays being revised and re-edited in light of modern criticism and research.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloths with the original unclipped dust wrappers to all but 'Measure For Measure' which is clipped. Externally excellent with only minimal shelf wear and light fading to the spine to 'The Winter's Tale'. Light offsetting to the rear free endpaper to 'Measure for Measure'. The wraps are very smart with handling marks, and the odd very small closed tear to the extremities. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
