This is the second book in Blyton's St Clare's series, a series of nine books about Pat and Isabel O'Sullivan's experiences at St Clare's Boarding School and was first published in 1942.

Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. There is light bumping to the spine. There is a previous owner inscription to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright clean pages. In the original clipped dustwrapper. The spine is a little faded and worn and there is some bumping to the spine and some fading to the joints.
