Written by Lieutenant-General Sir John Bagot Glubb, known as Glubb Pasha by the Jordanians, a British soldier, scholar, and author, who has been described as an "integral tool in the maintenance of British control."

Condition

In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also very smart with light wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Minor age toning to the endpapers.
