In the original publisher's illustrated cloth binding. Externally lovely with minor shelf wear only. With an 'advance copy' stamp to the front free endpaper, predicting the publication date 20th October 1960. The dust wrapper is excellent and price clipped, with minor shelf wear only and some age toning internally to the wraps, not affecting the externals. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated with sixty four charming full page plates, both in colour and in black and white. Collated, complete.
