1959-1965 Andalusian Dances and Spanish Songs and Folk Dances
What Our Customers Say...
First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding
The first edition of both works.
Comprising an English translation of Jose M Caballero Bonald's work on Andalusian Dances and a collaborative work by prominent members of the Spanish ballet.
'Andalusian Dances' is a second edition, whereas 'Spanish Songs' is a first edition.
From the library of Joan Hewson, the Renowned Cecchetti School of Dance Instructor. Joan left a legacy of numerous successful professional dancers from across the world. She was greatly appreciated by her students, as is evident from the many gifts that form her library. Loosely inserted are several newspaper clippings referring to the ballets cited in these volumes.
In the original paper wraps. Externally, both volumes are very smart. Sunning to the externals of 'Andalusian Dances'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with just the odd spots.
