Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, very smart with minor shelf wear only and a faint offsetting to the wraps, as well as a faint minor spotting, as usual. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated in text with various photographs and other illustrations in monochrome.
