Novels by Dickens, the Brontes, Thakeray and Trollope are discussed, while an impressive overview of early twentieth century feminist literary criticism is also provided.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Bumping to spine head and tail, otherwise externally fine. Dust wrapper age toned to back strip and wrap perimeters, chipping to back strip head and tail, with mark and small closed tear to tail of front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with the odd pencil notation to page margins, and the odd ink underline to the latter part of the work.
