Signed and dated by the author on the title page This charming children's story, written and signed by Linwood Sleigh, contains illustrations depicting the adventures of siblings Kate and Philip. Brother to prolific children's writer Barbara Sleigh, Linwood is more well-known for co-writing 'The Book of Girls' Names' and 'The Book of Boy's Names. Without the original dust wrapper.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart and bright, with fading to the top of the front board, the spine, and to the joints. Light bumping and a little wear to the extremities. A few light marks to the boards. Firmly bound, with very bright and clean pages.
