The series handles questions of political and personal integrity, and within this particular work, we see Eliot as as an advisor to a power industrialist. 

Condition

In the original cloth binding. In the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart with slight rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Dust wrapper spine is slightly sunned and there is minor chipping to the head and tail. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
