First edition, first impression of Architecture, Nature & Magic by W. R. Lethaby in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper.

With a biographical note by Alfred Powel.

This work offers an exploration by a Western architect of the role of ritual and myth in early civilisations. This is its first publication in book form, however it was originally a contribution to the journal 'The Builder' in 1928.

Includes fifteen monochrome plates and illustrations throughout the text. Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. The dust wrapper is slightly worn to the extremities and is also slightly discoloured.
