White was a popular Australian author of the twentieth century, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1973.

'The Tree of Man', published in 1956. In the original price-clipped dustwrapper.

'Four Plays', published in 1965. In the original unclipped dustwrapper.

'The Solid Mandala', published in 1966. In the original unclipped dustwrapper.

'The Eye of the Storm', published in 1973. In the original unclipped dustwrapper.

'The Cockatoos', published in 1974. In the original unclipped dustwrapper.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, 'Four Plays', 'The Solid Mandala', 'The Eye of the Storm' and 'The Cockatoos' in the original unclipped dustwrapper, 'The Tree of Man' in the original price-clipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the boards. Boards of 'The Solid Mandala' are lightly discoloured. A few light spots to the fore edges. Loss to the head of the spine of 'The Eye of the Storm', and to the head of the spine of the dustwrapper. Dustwrappers with light edgewear, with light discolouration and a few minor marks. Small closed tear to the front wrap of 'The Tree of Man'. A few small closed tears to the wraps of 'Four Plays'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
