In a mixture of blue bindings. The first five volumes are in an imitation leather binding. The final six volumes are in blue buckram. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of spines. Slight fading to the spines of volumes 8-11 (actual vols 15-23). A few marks to boards. Front hinge to volume I is slightly strained but firm. Prior owner's inscription to the front pastedown of volumes 1-3 (actual vols 1-5), 'John B Allaway'. Internally, all volumes are firmly bound. Pages are bright with just the odd spots.
