Agatha Christie is one of the most prolific and successful detective writers of her time, writing sixty-six detective novels in total. She is best known for her protagonists Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, fine. A few spots to the fore edge. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Dust wrapper with a touch of sunning to the spine, and some light marks and spots to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Prior owner's ink inscription to the half-title.
