What Our Customers Say...

Description

Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

Covering design, ships, barquentines, big schooners, deck fittings and oddities, amongst other things.

Written by Harold A. Underhill, the author of numerous works on sailing ships, engineering and model sail-boats.

An early reprint of this work, which was first published in 1952.

Illustrated throughout the text and with one hundred plate diagrams to the rear of the work.

Complete with an exceptionally smart dust wrapper.

A delightful work for the avid sailing fan.

Condition

In the publisher's original full cloth binding with a clipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely, with just the slightest wear. Dust wrapper has a little wear to the tail and more noticeably some chipping to the head, as well as a small tear to the base of the front cover, but is otherwise in excellent condition. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
