1953 United States 1952 Olympic Book
What Our Customers Say...
First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, Uncommon
First edition of United States 1952 Olympic Book in the original publisher's gold cloth binding.
The quadrennial report of the United States Olympic Committee.
Edited by Asa S. Bushnell.
An uncommon work.
Including American performance in the Summer Olympics of 1952 in Helsinki and the Winter Olympics in Oslo, as well as the first Pan American Games in Buenos Aires in 1951.
Densely illustrated throughout with black and white photography.
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, very smart. There is some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The hinges are slightly strained but firm. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
