This is a first edition copy of the Report to the Combined Chiefs of Staff by the Supreme Allied Commander South-East Asia 1943-1945, by the Vice-Admiral The Earl Mountbatten of Burma who was a British naval officer, colonial administrator and close relative of the British Royal Family.
With thirty nine colour maps and four charts.
Collated, complete.
This is an ex-library copy from Reading Public Library and has been rebound by the Library and has some library markings to the title page.
Condition
Rebound by the Reading Public library in full cloth. Externally, very smart with some light bumping to the head of the spine. There is a library stamp stating Withdrawn, to the title page and a pen inscription to the title page. There is a library stamp to the reverse of the title page stating it was bound in Jun 1953. Firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
