    Description

    First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

    First edition, third impression. Illustrated throughout by Eileen Soper, with some coloured plates.

    Condition

    In a red cloth binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Some light bumping, and white marks to the rear board. Dustwrapper has some loss, closed tears, and some handling marks, along with some tape repairs. Prize bookplate to front free-endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
