Robert Geoffrey Neill (1905-1979) was an English author of historical fiction, best known for his very successful debut novel, Mist over Pendle, which presents a fictional account of the famous Pendle witches trial in 1612. He ventured outside historical fiction with two novels: So Fair a House, set in 1958 but concerned with historical events that intrude into the present, and the wholly contemporary Wonder Winter.

This set comprises of twelve first edition copies of Neill's novels, most of which are uncommon to find in the first edition, especially with the original dust wrappers.
