The first edition of this work. A very scarce copy. Historical record of the transportation during the Second World War, compiled from official sources and documents by Brigadier R. Micklem by authority of the Army Council.

Featuring nine folding maps, occasional minor marginal tear. Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear only, lightly bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities, back strip and rear board lightly faded. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
