An address made before the National Assembly of France on 25th September 1790 on the dangers of inflation, with specific reference to interest and taxation. Written by Pierre Samuel du Pont de Nemours, a French-American writer, economist, publisher and government official. Translated by Edmond E. Lincoln, an American economist. Non-Ricardian Political Economy: Five Neglected Contributions, 1967. An examination to Non-Ricardian principals in relation to our political economy, with chapters contributed from William Robert Ashley Pettman, Sir William Henry Sleeman, and George Craufurd, amongst others. Written by Barry J. Gordon, an Australian Senior Lecturer in economics.

Condition

In the original paper wraps. Externally, smart with light bumping to the extremities with minor sunning to the spine and board edges. The odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. University of Manchester bookplate to the front pastedown of Non-Ricardian Political Economy, with a description tipped in to the front pastedown and an ink stamp to the half-title.
