Written by Theodoor Herman Lunsingh Scheurleer, a notable Dutch curator and professor in the field of applied art. Scheurleer worked as the head of the Sculpture and Applied Arts Department in the Amsterdam Rijksmuseum from 1954 to 1963, making him an authoritative and well respected voice on the history of art collections and curation.

Condition

In a gilt cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Minor shelfwear and handling marks only. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just the odd spot.
