The work is illustrated throughout with wood engravings from John O'Connor, a talented woodcutter and painter known for his rural and melancholy prints.
In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. Light shelf wear to spine head and tail. Dust wrapper age toned, with some light spotting. Closed tear to head of back strip, with a small loss here also. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.

We send all of our books via courier which is a fully tracked and insured service. In our experience we find this to be the most reliable and quickest form of delivery.
