    Bound in the publisher's original portfolio wraps, disbound as issued.

    A collection of beautifully coloured aquarelles depicting soldiers and generals during the military campaigns in Western Europe in 1944-1945. With war portraits and scenes painted by Siss, the Army painter.

    With text booklets to accompany written by Bernard Simiot, as well as a preface by Pasteur Vallery-Radot.

    Lacking two plates.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original portfolio wraps, disbound as issued. Externally, excellent, with minor wear only. Internally, plates are bright and clean. Lacking two plates.
