Written by Charles Williams (1886-1945), a British poet, novelist and playwright known for being a member of the Inklings, a literary discussion group, alongside C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien at the University of Oxford.

Complete with an unclipped dust wrapper.

Published the year of the author's death.

Condition

In the publisher's original full cloth binding, with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart, with just a little fading to the head and tail of the spine. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition, with just the slightest wear. Ownership inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
