The first edition.

A scarce work.

This war-time novel was written by Derek Walter-Smith and tells the story of Hilda Strang, a women whose husband sees service in Dunkirk as she has an affair with a man who is only after her out of jealously for the husband.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally excellent with only a slight lean.
