Volume XVIII of the 'Sussex County Magazine', collecting the issues from January to December 1944. The Sussex County Magazine was a periodical featuring articles on the history, antiquities, and social life of County Sussex. Profusely illustrated throughout. Edited by various editors, including Arthur Beckett. Beckett worked as a journalist for 'Punch', 'Sunday Times', and the 'Naval and Military Magazine'.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Light marking to the boards. Label to the recto to the front endpaper, 'Cinderhill Books, Cinderhill, Mayfield, Sussex TN20 6PY Specialist in Sussex Books'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages ae bright and clean.
