'The Dawn of Liberation', the first edition of this work, published in 1945. Illustrated with a frontispiece, and four plates.
'Victory', the first edition of this work, published in 1946. Illustrated with a frontispiece, and four plates.

Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spines and to the extremities. A few minor marks to the boards and spines. Marks a little heavier to the front boards of 'Onwards to Victory' and 'The Dawn of Liberation'. Spines are a little faded. A few spots to the fore edges. Boards of 'Onwards to Victory' are a little sprung. Front hinge of 'The Dawn of Liberation' is starting but firm. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper of 'Onwards to Victory'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a few odd scattered spots.
