A first edition copy of this children's annual. Dated from the foreword. 'Japhet and Happy' started as a comic strip published in The Daily News, and later became published as an annual. In this particular work there are the trademark comic strips, accompanied by numerous children's songs. As a work originally aimed to be read and used by young children, this work is in very good condition.
Condition
In the publisher's original binding. Externally generally smart, with rubbing to the head and tail of the spine, and also to the joints and extremities. Light spots to the front and rear endpapers. Internally firmly bound. Pages are very lightly age toned, as to be expected.
