This is a smart copy of the sixth volume in Churchill's World Crisis Series, Churchill's account of the Frist World War published between 1923-1931. The series is analytical and in some parts a justification by Churchill of his role in the war.  This volume was first published in 1931, and this is a copy of the transferred Macmillan edition, first published in 1941.  Winston Churchill was an British statesmen, soldier and writer who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940-1945 and again in 1951-1955.  With eight plates and ten folding maps and other illustrations in text. There is a bookplate to the front pastedown of Charles Edward Dunscomb Bridge. Collated, complete.
