This is the sixth volume in Churchill's World Crisis Series, which is Churchill's account of the Frist World War published between 1923-1931. The series is analytical and in some parts a justification by Churchill of his role in the war. 

This volume was first published in 1931, and this is a copy of the transferred Macmillan edition, first published in 1941. 

Winston Churchill was an British statesmen, soldier and writer who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940-1945 and again in 1951-1955. 

With eight plates and ten folding maps and other illustrations in text. 
Collated, complete.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth covered boards. Externally, generally smart with some bumping to the spine and some marks to the boards. Internally, generally firmly bound with bright pages with the odd scattered spot throughout.
