Four magazines published by The Ministry of Information about the Second World War, with these issues focused on various Allied campaigns. 

Destruction of an Army considers the first campaign in Libya, September 1940-February 1941 and was issued for The War Office by the Ministry of Information. This issue was first published in 1941. 

East of Malta West of Suez is the Admiralty account of the naval war in the Eastern Mediterranean between September 1939 and March 1941. This issue was prepared for The Admiralty by The Ministry of Information and was first published in 1943.

The Mediterranean Fleet, Greece to Tripoli is the Admiralty account of naval operations between April 1941 to January 1943. This issue was prepared for the Admiralty by The Ministry of Information and first published in 1944. 

The Eighth Army covers the operations of the army from September 1941 to January 1943. This issue was prepared for the War Office by the Ministry of Information and was first published in 1944. The Eighth Army was an Allied field army that was fighting in the North African and Italian campaigns. 

All issues are illustrated throughout.

Condition

In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, generally smart. There is some creasing to the joints of Destruction of an Army and some marks to the wraps of the issues. There is some chipping to the extremities of East of Malta and Destruction of an Army. Internally, all issues are firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
