Poirot is summoned by an elderly woman when she thinks her life is being threatened by her family. However, by the time Poirot arrives, the woman has already died, supposedly of natural causes...Along the way, Poirot is helped by his sidekicks Hastings, and a fox terrier named Bob.

Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. A little discolouration to the extremities and spine. Odd spots to the fore edge. Dustwrapper is lightly edge worn with some small closed tears. Light marks to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with a few scattered spots to the first and last few pages.
