The very first edition of a work which was translated throughout the world, and continues to be republished and updated to this day. A classic culinary work which has withstood the test of time and become an invaluable source of information.
Condition
In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, excellent. Wraps lightly age toned to perimeters, with significant closed tear to rear wrap of final fascicule. Internally, text leaves loosely inserted in the wraps, as issued. Pages exceptionally clean and bright. Majority of leaves unopened to the head.
