This is a biographical journey by Roland Wild, detailing his travels across the United States of America in a motor car with companion, Bill. This is a first edition, published in 1938. The endpapers form a map displaying their five month journey.

Contains sixteen full plate illustrations, including frontispiece.

In the publisher’s original full cloth binding, lacking a dust wrapper.

Condition

In the publisher’s original full cloth binding. Externally generally smart, some fading to the spine and shelf wear to the extremities. Internally firmly bound, pages bright and clean.
