The first edition of this work.

A special issue of 'The Architectural Review', focusing purely on the Paris Exhibition, or, the Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques dans la Vie Moderne.

This exhibition was held from May to November 1937 in Paris, creating both the Palais de Chaillot and the Palais de Tokyo, housing the Musee d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris.

Illustrated with fifteen plates, and in-text illustrations.

Ninety-two pages of publisher's adverts.

Condition

in the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, the rear wrap is detached but present. Some loss to the backstrip. Light marks to the wraps and spine. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
