Bound in full calf. 

Illustrated throughout with monochrome photographs, diagrams and illustrations. 

This set features a collection of articles from the December and November issues of 'The Aeroplane' and 'Flight' magazines from 1936 to 1940. Both magazines feature news and information for aviation enthusiasts. The articles provide an insight into pre-war and World War Two aircrafts, describing development in technology and important updates.

Condition

Bound in full cloth. Externally very smart with slight bowing to the front board, slight fading to the spine, the odd slight mark and minimal bumping to the extremities of the boards and fading and damp staining to the rear board. Internally generally firmly bound with strain in places, with lightly age toned and clean pages and a small closed tear to pp. 515.
