A first edition copy of this work. 

This volume is the story of the South Lancashire Regiment during the First World War and up to 1934 and details the Battalions within the Regiment.

With eleven plates, one being folding, four folding plates. Missing the ten maps in the pocket at the end of the book. 
Collated.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart with some fading to the spine and boards. Some bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
