A collection of pamphlets, journal articles, and essays on political and social issues of the time, with commentaries covering a period of almost thirty years. Written by George Bernard Shaw, an Irish playwright, critic, polemicist and political activist.

Condition

Bound in half crushed morocco with blue cloth boards. Externally, smart with light fading to the spine and marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Light spotting to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown.
