A first edition copy. Bound in brown cloth with gilt lettering. Albert Frank Kendrick was a Medievalist and fiberworks authority and keeper of the department of Textiles in Victoria and Albert Museum from 1897 to 1924. He was an authority on textiles, ceramics and woodwork and published many works on textile studies in both his own books and within notable journals.
Condition
In a cloth binding. Externally generally smart. Mild wear to extremities. Slight bumping and rubbing to head and tail of spine. Fading and slight marking to spine. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with slight age toning to edges of the occasional page. Institutional stamping and name plates to endpapers.
