The volume attempts to present a bird's-eye view of the growth, progress and development of London between the years 1831-1931. With accounts of a series of walks and drives through the city. Written by Harold Philip Clunn, a British shipping agent and non-fiction author known for his topographical works in the "Face of..." series.

Condition

In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting. Further spotting and light age toning to the first and last few pages.
