Description

First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce, With Dustwrapper

First edition.

Very scarce work.

In the publisher's original, vanishingly scarce, unclipped dust wrapper.

Written by E. G. Cousins, known for his works of detective fiction. This particular novel was one of Cousins' earlier works, surrounding the science-fiction genre.

'I Will Not Cease' presents the near-future of England, with the nation caught up in the midst of a extremely destructive war. Cousins' anti-war stance highlights the fact that war is entirely preventable, with the fate of a country lying in the will of the people.

The author takes the title of this novel from William Blake's powerful poem, 'Jerusalem'.

With the bookplate of 'Peace Library' to the front paste down.
