'A Prince of the Captivity' follows the exploits of Adam Melfort, who is marrying a beautiful but mindless socialite, who ends up in a crime that sends Melfort to jail. He is released during World War One, and becomes an undercover agent.

Written by the Scottish author John Buchan.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Dust wrapper is lightly edge worn, with a few small repairs to the reverse. A few minor spots and marks to the wraps. Spine is a little discoloured. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of light spots.
