Condition
In the original publishers cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent. Cloth is very bright, with slight fading to front board illustration. Very minimal wear to the extremities. Slight bumping to the head and tail of spine. A few light marks to the boards. Prior owner's ink inscription to recto of front free endpaper. Dust wrapper is lightly edge worn, with a couple of small closed tears, including a larger closed tear to the rear wrap. Spine is a little discoloured, with a few very small marks to the wraps. One small tape repair to the reverse of the rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean throughout. Plate between pages 98 and 99 is detached but present, with a prior owner's tape repair to the gutter.
