Repaired tear to volume I rear board, penetrating through to pastedown. Dust wrappers age toned to back strips, with discolouration and handling marks to wraps. Hole over rear joint of volume I. Volume I lacking rear flyleaf. Repaired tears to front wrap of volume II. Significant tape repairs to dust wrapper reverses. Pencil inscriptions to volume I front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright. A number of leaves unopened to fore edges.
