With a foreword by Robert Charles Benchley, In the original publisher's binding. 'The New Yorker' is an American reportage magazine of commentary, criticism, satire and more. It first began in 1925 and has been in print ever since. Loosely inserted is a Christmas card from the publishers with two signatures for the year 1931-32.
In original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, smart with bumping to the extremities resulting in small losses to the paper. Bumping to the head and tail of spine. Score mark to the rear board resulting in a small amount of loss. Light rubbing to the extremities. Board edges are sunned. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright with just the odd spots.
