The first edition of this work. In the original unclipped dustwrapper. 'S. S. "San Pedro"' is a novel set roughly on the true story of the S.S. Vestris, a preventable disaster, which ended up causing many changes in safety at sea. Written by James Gould Cozzens, an American novelist. He is known for his works 'By Love Possessed' and 'Guard of Honor'.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. A little bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Dustwrapper with light discolouration and edgewear, heavier to the head of the spine with a small amount of loss. Very light marks to the dustwrapper and to the reverse. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
