Written by T. B. Rogers. Includes a paper slip "With the compliments of Cadbury Brothers Ltd."
Condition
In the original pictorial paper covered boards. Externally, smart with light bumping to the extremities and minor chipping. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
