Cook, of whom the volumes are dedicated, and who is depicted in the portrait frontispiece of volume one. Richly illustrated with plates: 74 photographs in volume one and 82 photographs in volume two, including frontispieces. Collated complete. With a 1989 photograph from the previous owner loosely inserted between 214 and 215.
