First edition. Charles Edward Montague (1 January 1867 - 28 May 1928) was an English journalist, known also as a writer of novels and essays. Henry Major Tomlinson (21 June 1873 - 5 February 1958) was a British writer and journalist. He was known for anti-war and travel writing, novels and short stories, especially of life at sea.

Condition

In a quarter buckram binding with decorative paper covered boards. Externally, very smart with only slight bumping to extremities and slight fading to spine. Internally, firmly bound. Generally bright and clean throughout with slight foxing to endpapers only.
